Yes, you can order a sample to check the print quality and fabric feel before you place a bulk order. To receive a sample of your personlized design simply set the order type to 'Sample Order'. We will ship your custom sample printed on your choice of scarf size and silk material to you within 3 weeks.
What resolution should my design file be for the best print quality?
We recommend a resolution of 300dpi for optimal print quality. Your design should also be in the Pantone (PMS) color system. Our team of experts will review your print file for any potential issues before it goes to print.
What are the dimension requirements for the design file?
Your design file dimensions should match the scarf size you've chosen. For instance, if you've chosen a 90x90cm scarf, your design file should be 90x90cm, plus an 1.5cm extra margin for the hand-rolled edges of your scarf. Our expert team will review your file to ensure proper formatting before printing.
